Bistro 900 is Pembroke’s newest dining experience. A modern and stylish decor is paired with fresh, flavourful food. We believe that a menu should be simple and honest. As such, you should taste every ingredient that the menu promises.
Our chefs reinterpret the dinner menu to reflect the changing of the seasons. Our process involves creating a list of menu design elements such as vegetables, spices, flavours, colours, fruits and other ingredients. These elements are then used as inspiration for writing the next menu.

Breakfast and Lunch
Join us seven days a week for the best breakfast in town. Try our famous Eggs Benedict, Buttermilk Waffles with Blackberry Compote or French Toast Sandwich. Our lunch menu is available Monday to Friday from 11am to 4pm and features classic grilled sandwiches such as the Reuben, French Beef Dip and the Double-Decker Club.
Prime Rib
Join us Sunday or Monday evenings for PRIME RIB rubbed with a blend of spices, slow roasted, hand-carved and served with homemade yorkshire pudding, garlic & chive mashed potatoes, horseradish and red wine herb au jus. Choose from an 8- or 12-ounce cut on its own or in combination with a Alaskan King Crab leg, grilled Sea Scallops or a skewer of grilled Tiger Shrimp.
